days off are boring!!!

Ok so i decided that i don't really like days off they are pretty lonely... and when i'm lonely i shop and that is a BAD combination, but i did end up with some pretty cute stuff! :)

Ok so i guess i'll give you a Micah story we were eating dinner and he suddenly starts crying and rubbing his eye and i asked him what was wrong and he said his tacts hurt...i was very confused and went to go look and see what he was talking about and i didn't see anything in his eye so i asked him what hurt again and he said his tacts were hurting his eye. He then tried to pull his eye open using two fingers of one hand and the other hand he was trying to get the tact out! that's when i started laughing...i guess he's been watching me put my contacts in my eyes so when his eye hurt he thought that it was a contact and was trying to get it out! That pretty much made my day! lol He's adorable!

Made it to wednesday night gospel meeting the other day twas wonderful Daryl asked us to put ourself in the place of the churchs (he spoke from the study Revelations 2) and see what it is that Jesus would tell us. He said that he would start out by pointing out the good things...are faithfullness, steadfastness, the fact that we had all shown up showed that we had overcome something. It means a lot to God that we are faithfull and endure. Then he asked us what He would say we needed to work on, maybe we had let things in that we shouldn't have. We were also reminded that infulences outside the church don't always stay outside and we need to be carefull. All in all it was a wonderful meeting. My favorite verse from the study was the 26- 28 which says "and he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end,to him will i give power over the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter sheall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Fater. And i will geive him the morning star." and also the 11th "he that hath and ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death." I loved those and the promises of what God will give us if we can overcome, it makes it beyond worth the sacrifices we make.

Ok well all for today i put the kiddo down for an early bed time as the "dark side" was beginning to appear because he had no nap today!

I just realized... I spent like an hour sorting through all those blog layouts on the site you got yours from and I finally picked one I liked... And I just realized today that it's the same as yours. Brother.
